Duality.

Or, somewhat. I’m concerned that I am two too separate. On the one, the serious and practical persona. On the other, completely warped humour and obnoxious manner.

It’s this that’s led to my… ostracism? Well, not quite; that’s likely more self-imposed. But I’m more than aware that this separates me from others who like the one, but abhor the other.

So, the question – attempt to placate some, or seek out instead, those who would actually fit the profile themselves, and in doing so, understand and be unaffected?
