Finished the car interior today.

What with having to figure out how the pieces went together again, because it’s been so long, then figuring out the right order (which meant screwing, unscrewing (ooh!), etc, a few times in some cases, it’s done.

Not perfect. I should have waited until I had someone to help me with the headliner. It’s got a couple of wrinkles I couldn’t get out, so they’re now glued in.

Still.

I *like* this, a lot better than before. I’m not sure why. Is it solely for the difference itself, or because I enjoy the new appearance that much more?

Kids are coming over this weekend to the new apartment. Wonder how they’ll like it… going to be different, anyway. See what they find to do while I’m sleeping in the mornings…
